1. Full payments are to be made before sending out of orders.
2. All payments & collections is only available for meet-ups.
3. We don't do bank transfer/postage.
4. Items are non-exchangeable or refundable.
5. Backing out of orders/ MIA/ dead buyers etc will be blacklisted.
6. Strictly no refunds after payments are made.
7. No cancellation of orders once orders are sent in.
8. All payments are to be made within 3 days.
9. If payments are not in after 3 days, the deal is off.
10. No mobile number = no order.
11. No payments = no order.
12. Don't order if you can't wait.
13. Our number will be given when orders are confirmed.
14. IMOUSTACHEU will not be responsible for any spoiled items.
15. IMOUSTACHEU will inform you via sms/email when your items have arrived.
16. IMOUSTACHEU will change the T&C without prior notice.
